The Tollwood Retreat operates on a strict one to one basis. When you arrive, you are the only client in the building for the entire duration of your appointment. No passing footsteps, no chatter through curtains and no rushed transitions.

Payment can be made in advance or on the day. As a small, single therapist clinic, missed bookings carry real costs. Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel; cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee.
The Tollwood Retreat is set in a private woodland in Crowborough, East Sussex, roughly 20 minutes from Tunbridge Wells and Uckfield. Private off road parking is provided, and full directions are sent upon booking confirmation.
Keeping the retreat dedicated exclusively to women creates an environment where clients can completely switch off, relax without makeup and enjoy restorative downtime in total privacy.
Because The Tollwood Retreat is a single client clinic, there is no shared waiting room. Appointments are one to one to guarantee complete peace and individual attention for the client on the bed.
Emily holds the international CIDESCO diploma (Comité International d'Esthétique et de Cosmétologie), recognised worldwide as the benchmark qualification for aesthetic and spa therapies.
